ZF steering pumps and components are remanufactured at our
160,000-square-foot facility just outside of Chicago in Vernon Hills,
IL. At this state-of-the-art location, we use only factory-designed test
benches to check every critical aspect of the remanufacturing process.
All steering components are 100-percent tested before we give them the
12-month/60,000-mile warranty.
In our remanufacturing process, every core is washed in
environmentally safe soap and water and then sandblasted. No harsh
solvents or cleaning chemicals are used. All internal components are
inspected. Everything that fails to pass our tough standards is replaced
- with original ZF parts. Items like o-rings, seals and protecting caps
are never reused. Remanufactured pumps and steering gears are given the
same protective coating that is applied to new components. Every unit
meets stringent specifications and only the highest OE quality
standards.
All ZF steering pumps, rack and pinion units and steering gears are
completely remanufactured, not rebuilt. ISO 9002 and QS9000
certification ensures that quality is remanufactured into each and every
